Job summary

Medtronic plc, a global leader in medical technology, invites applications for a Remote Regional Education and Training Lead in Cardiac Rhythm Management. The role requires residency in the territory and travel to accounts; a valid driver’s license is essential.

You will lead regional education, partner with sales and field teams, and deliver training on CRM procedures and products. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) and 2+ years in electrophysiology or the implantable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or Implantable Medical Device Industry OR an advanced degree in engineering or nursing.
Experience teaching/educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel is a plus.
Knowledge of cardiac medical terminology and medical device industry helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead regional education and training activities for CRM procedures and products.
Partner with sales leadership, field, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve district and region performance.
Provide feedback to product, quality, education, and marketing teams regarding product performance.
