Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to join our CRM field team. This role develops through comprehensive CRM field training, building clinical, technical, and customer-facing expertise to support physicians, hospitals, and patients across a designated territory.

You will learn implant support, device checks, programming, and remote monitoring, while educating healthcare professionals on CRM therapies and solutions. Travel and field duties are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare/engineering background preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in field-based CRM settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, including system checks and interrogations.
• Assist during implants, device checks and troubleshooting, and programming activities.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field partners on CRM products and therapies.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Travel within the assigned territory up to 80% and support weekend/after-hours coverage as needed.
