Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist for Scranton, PA. You will support pacemaker and ICD implants, provide post-implant care, and train care teams to ensure optimal use of BIOTRONIK technologies.

You will travel within the territory, partner with physicians and healthcare providers, and participate in on-call rotations to guarantee patient care excellence. A nursing or engineering background with clinical experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field.
3+ years in cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory for high-quality patient outcomes.
Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, EP, and CRM technologies.
Document clinical activities, including implants and follow-up visits.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage.
Travel within and outside your territory to support customers and business needs.
