Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support pacemaker and ICD implants in the York/Lancaster, PA region. You will educate care teams, troubleshoot implants, and partner with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Travel is required within the territory with on-call rotation. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in cath/EP labs are expected, along with strong communication and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in cath lab/EP lab or pacing/CRM environment (3+ years).
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise work independently.
• Professional presence with strong customer focus and service excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within territory to support high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Document clinical activities including implants and follow-ups.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside territory as needed to support customers and business needs.
