BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Philadelphia, PA to provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting. You will partner with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies, delivering engaging clinical education and training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in cath/EP/pacing CRM environments, with strong communication and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years in cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM environment.
• Excellent communication and time management; strong customer focus and service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to support safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Document clinical activities and implants accurately; participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
