Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist for Wilkes-Barre, PA to support pacemaker and ICD implants and provide in-depth clinical education to physicians and care teams. In this on-site role, you will travel within the territory, partner with clinicians, and deliver training to ensure optimal patient outcomes while staying current on CRM technologies.

The position emphasizes hands-on guidance, 24/7 on-call readiness, and collaboration within BIOTRONIK’s clinical network to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in cath lab/EP lab or pacing/CRM.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize independently.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants and follow-ups.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Document clinical activities including implants and follow-up visits.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside territory as needed.
