Job summary

BIOTRONIK seeks a Field Clinical Specialist in Columbus, OH to support physicians and care teams across the territory. You will provide implant support for pacemakers and ICDs, deliver clinical education, and help optimize patient outcomes with BIOTRONIK CRM technologies.

This role travels within and beyond the territory, requires 3+ years in cath/EP labs, and a nursing or related degree. You will collaborate with clinical and sales partners, participate in on-call coverage, and contribute to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field.
3+ years in cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM environment.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting
Partner closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies
Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers
Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory by supporting consistent, high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain strong knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies
Accurately document clinical activities, including implants and follow-up visits
Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 territory coverage
Travel within and outside your territory as needed to support customers and business needs
