Job summary

BIOTRONIK in the United States is seeking Field Clinical Specialists to support physicians, educate care teams, and advance patient care through CRM technologies. You will provide clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, perform follow-ups, and deliver in-service trainings to customers.

Travel within the territory and possibly outside, participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage, maintain up-to-date knowledge of pacing and CRM tech, and document clinical activities accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science-based field with 3+ years in cath/EP pacing environments.
• Strong time management and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants and follow-ups.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver clinical education, in-services, and training to customers.
• Document clinical activities accurately and participate in 24/7 on-call coverage.
