Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting across the territory. The role partners with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies and delivers clinical education and in-services to customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in cath/EP labs, with strong communication and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Document clinical activities, including implants and follow-ups, accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside territory as needed to support customers and business needs.
