Abbott in Lexington, KY is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist to provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.

The role requires a biology/engineering background, cardio knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel is possible; training and collaboration with CRM teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bio-medical engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or cardiac training program certification; CRM product certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac pacing systems; familiarity with cath lab and OR procedures.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products in response to field inquiries.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
