Abbott is a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Management, with a field-based role in Lexington, KY. The CRM Product Support Specialist delivers engineering, educational, and clinical support, handling field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.

The role requires a biomedical engineering background, cardiac knowledge, and strong communication skills, with opportunities for professional growth, training, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.

• Clinical Interface: Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Relationship Building: Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product knowledge.
• Comprehensive Support: Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Training and Education: Develops, leads, and/or facilitates CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Sales Support: Provides backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
