Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Lexington, KY, to deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff.

You will lead training sessions, provide back-up sales support, and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers to solve complex clinical problems while maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years related experience or CRM training program.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
