Abbott in Lexington, KY is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products on a field-based team.

You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff, demonstrating deep knowledge of CRM products, and you will develop and lead training sessions to elevate field capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a certified cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology or electro-physiology.
• Familiar with cath lab and OR procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as clinical interface between the medical community and Abbott.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and lead CRM training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up sales support to CRM Representatives.
