The Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (60 beds) at Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, AZ welcomes a Cardiac PCU RN. You will join a high‑energy team led by a dedicated leadership group focused on mentorship and a flexible schedule. Expect a strong emphasis on cardiovascular care in a collaborative environment.

Shifts are 3×12 hours, 7:00am–7:30pm with weekend rotations and a flat $3/hour weekend differential. Eligible upcoming hire bonuses apply with RN experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred per unit requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs and plan care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and unit policies.
• Document assessments, plans and evaluations in the patient record.
• Communicate effectively to patients, families and care team and provide education as needed.
