Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast is seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident for the Cardiac Pavilion. Location is Cape Girardeau, MO. Part-Time, 12 hours/week with 12 Hour Nights (7:00pm - 7:30am).

The role requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and BLS certification. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, safeguarding patient rights, coordinating care with departments, and evaluating care effectiveness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved nursing program (AD, diploma or BSN).
• Possess or obtain RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification completed or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and ensure safety.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments for seamless treatment.
