• Minimum Experience: one year

Responsibilities

• Provides a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for the surgical patient.
• Applies knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pharmacology to individualize patient care.
• Applies aseptic principles to provide optimum patient care and protects patient privacy and dignity.
• Prepares and knows the uses of equipment and supplies used for surgical procedures; demonstrates dexterity with instruments.
• Anticipates the surgeon's needs to expedite procedures and minimize patient exposure to surgery and anesthesia.
