Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Hospital Cardiovascular Thoracic Operating Room offers six robotic-equipped surgical suites. Registered Nurses provide scrub and circulating support for complex adult cardiac and vascular surgeries, including CABG, valve repair or replacement, and heart-lung transplantation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub and circulating RN support for complex adult cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Care for high-acuity patients undergoing procedures such as CABG, valve repair/replacement, transplant, and robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Contribute to a dynamic OR team in a fast-paced environment.
