WellSpan Health is seeking a skilled RN to provide professional nursing care in a demanding hospital environment. You will serve as the primary nurse for patients on the unit, coordinate care, and support a broad range of surgical services across multiple operating suites.

The role requires OR RN experience, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. You will work a full-time schedule with on-call requirements, contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/ADN/BSN required or preferred for the role.
• Licensed RN with active credentials at hire.
• BLS certification mandatory for all areas of nursing practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care as primary nurse for assigned unit.
• Safely administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
• Coordinate care planning and ensure effective handoffs with the team.
• Document patient responses and progress in EMR; monitor indicators.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
