Job summary

Nationwide-Children is seeking experienced RNs with OR background for a full-time role on four 10-hour shifts per week with an on-call requirement. The position requires an Ohio nursing license, a BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years, and current CPR certification.

Certifications such as NRP, PALS, ACLS, or APHON may be required depending on unit needs. You will provide patient care with a focus on safety, communication with the care team, and adherence to ANA ethics.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care with a family-centered approach.
• Assess patient needs and communicate care priorities to LPNs, PCAs, unit coordinators and allied staff.
• Plan, implement, educate, and evaluate care using evidence-based practices.
• Document according to policies and procedures.
