Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc seeks a Registered Nurse - OR to deliver patient care through the nursing process across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, ensuring safe, effective outcomes for surgical patients.

No nights, holidays, or on-call requirements. You will collaborate with surgeons and the clinical team, perform accurate documentation, maintain aseptic technique, manage pain per policy, and respond promptly to emergencies to support optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care through the nursing process across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Assess patient status, document accurately, and communicate with staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain aseptic technique, support pain management, and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgeons and the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
