Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and families during handoffs and other times as needed.
• Maintains accurate and real-time documentation of nursing care.
• Directs other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care as assigned.
• Demonstrates patient-centered care and safety throughout the patient experience.
