Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Iowa or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delegates to other licensed and non-licensed staff as assigned.
• Provides ongoing education to patients and families.
• Communicates and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Maintains real-time documentation of nursing care per policy.
• Assesses patient and family needs to provide patient-centered care.
• Directs staff in provision of care and ensures safety and quality.
