Job summary

University of Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Center - CVC 4, in Ann Arbor, to join a 24-bed CVICU. This part-time night-shift role involves collaboration with the Advanced Practice Team, patient/family conferences, and rounds.

You will float as needed and contribute to research and quality improvement efforts. The position requires Michigan RN licensure, CVICU experience in the last 3 years, and ACLS certification (or within 6 months of hire).

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license is required.
• One year CVICU experience within the last three years is required.
• ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in research studies and quality assurance activities.
• Float to designated units in times of low census.
