Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing program and eligibility to sit for the NCLEX.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Current Michigan RN license; BLS; ACLS required for specified units.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes patient information and develops an individualized care plan.
• Uses teach-back to educate patients and families.
• Communicates patient status and plan during rounds and handoffs.
