Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking an experienced RN to join the Central Staffing Resource in the Adult ICU Cluster. You will care for patients across seven units, including NICU, SICU, CCMU, CICU, CV-ICU, TBICU and intermediate care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves complex physiologic monitoring, ventilator management, and family collaboration. CSR RN differential applies; options for hybrid work are available.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse License.
• Three (3) or more years' ICU experience in an adult ICU at a Level 1 or 2 hospital.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)
• Must be able to pass the CSR EKG exam with at least an 80%
• CCRN certification is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care in each of the 7 Adult Intensive Care Units.
• Care for patients requiring ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, intracranial pressure monitoring, and complex fluid management.
• Collaborate with patients and families as a critical care nurse and advocate within the healthcare team.
