Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• BSN preferred at time of hire.
• If not BSN, must obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and identify concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Engage patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity.
• Delegate and supervise care by LPNs and UAP.
• Promote a positive unit culture and uphold safety and advocacy.
• Uphold standards of clinical excellence.
