Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.

• Delegate tasks while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
• Function as Charge Nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
