Sentara Health Plans is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the Cardiac Surgical ICU in Norfolk, Virginia. The PCT role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting medical staff in providing care for heart surgery patients. Qualifications

• Completion of Sentara Care Partner Certification Program or similar qualifications.
• One year of health care experience preferred.
• Must have AHA Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient care under the guidance of RNs.
• Document patients' conditions and report changes.
• Support daily living activities for patients.
