Job summary

The Cardiovascular and Vascular ICU at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Clinical Technician to join a dedicated team. This evening shift covers 11:00am–11:30pm and involves assisting with patient care, monitoring, and post-operative support in a high-acuity unit.

You will work under an RN, take vitals, help with personal care, and keep rooms clean while reporting changes. A high school diploma, BLS certification, and patient-care experience are required; military medical background is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• One year of patient care experience or nursing student with clinical rotation.
• Military medical background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN, such as taking vital signs and weight, assisting with personal care.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in condition to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
