Valley Health System in Paramus seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to support CICU rounds with intensivists and cardiology teams. You will diagnose, plan interventions, and lead codes, including ventilator management and invasive line care, in alignment with credentialing policies.

The role requires NJ-licensed RN and APN or PA credentials, with ACLS/BLS mandatory. Per diem hourly rate applies, and collaboration with nursing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• RN and APN licensed in New Jersey.
• APN national certification required.
• Or Physician Assistant licensed in New Jersey with PA national certification.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose conditions and plan interventions in the CICU with intensivists and cardiologists.
• Lead codes, manage arrhythmias, and perform ventilator management.
• Perform invasive procedures per credentialing policies and transfer patients as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses and managers to ensure holistic patient care delivery.
• Daily CICU rounds with intensivists and CICU director; coordinate consults.
