The Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to diagnose, plan, and implement care for critically ill cardiac patients in the CICU. The APP collaborates with intensivists and cardiology specialists to lead care plans, perform invasive procedures when credentialed, and participate in codes and ventilator management as needed.

Requirements include NJ RN and APN licensure with national certification (or PA licensure with PA national certification).

Qualifications

• RN and APN licensed in New Jersey with national certification.
• PA licensure in New Jersey with national certification is acceptable.
• ACLS and BLS are required and on-call weekend coverage is expected.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses medical conditions and plans interventions for critically ill patients in CICU.
• Collaborates with Intensivist, Cardiac Surgeons, Cardiologists and other specialists.
• Performs invasive procedures per credentialing policies and participates in codes per ACLS/CALS.
• Leads daily rounds with CICU Director to execute treatment plans and coordinates transfers.
