Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging professional for the Milwaukee location. You will set up imaging equipment, position patients, and optimize technical parameters to perform routine and complex studies.

The role emphasizes clinical analysis, high-quality image submission to PACS, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards within a hospital environment. A strong emphasis on maintaining a safe and orderly department is included.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• CCI Cardiographic Tech credential within 6 months.
• ARDMS Sonography credentials within 6 months.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust imaging equipment and transducers for routine and complex studies.
• Position patients accurately and select technical parameters.
• Recognize structures, pathology, and artifacts; ensure high-quality images and PACS submission.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly department and procedure rooms.
