Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for an evening shift in Milwaukee, WI within the Imaging Department. The role involves preparing and positioning patients, selecting appropriate technical parameters, and assisting with contrast administration under regulatory guidelines.

This position requires WI licensure, BLS within 30 days, and ARRT/NMTCB credentials as applicable, with options for CNMT/CT specialties.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration required.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board before hire date.
• One or more of the following: NMTCB CT, ARRT CT, CNMT/CNMT(CNMT) variants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients and set correct anatomic and technical parameters.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope and regulations.
• Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity; monitor and refine protocols.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

Education

High School diploma equivalency; Associate's degree/Technical degree; or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
