Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an ultrasound technologist to produce high-quality cardiac images for adult patients. You will assist with stress testing and related duties, collaborating with the cardiology team to ensure accurate interpretation and documentation.

The role emphasizes proficiency in echocardiography, patient care, and teamwork, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification within one year.
• BLS certification.
• Background or degree in sonography or related field; new graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in cardiac imaging and recognizing pathologies.
• Strong patient care, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiograms and correlate clinical data.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure high-quality image acquisition.
• Assist with stress tests and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE).
• Interpret and communicate findings to cardiologists and document procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
• Prioritize tasks and support team collaboration.

Education

ARDMS/CCI certification within 1 year
