Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Echocardiographer to perform cardiac ultrasound procedures and support stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE). You will demonstrate expertise in cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

Ideal candidates graduate from an accredited cardiovascular technology or cardiac sonography program and have excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google

Qualifications

• Graduate of a certified cardiovascular technology school or graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program with a specialty in cardiac sonography.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac ultrasound procedures.
• Assist a trained cardiology attending during stress echocardiogram and TEE procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology.
