Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in echocardiography or cardiac sonography required.
• RDMS or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiographic studies including 2-D imaging, M-mode tracings and Doppler.
• Assists with TEEs ensuring imaging quality and patient safety.
• Documents preliminary reports and patient information in the EMR.
• Maintains equipment, supplies and work areas for patient care.
• Verifies patient identity, orders and consents prior to procedures.
