Job summary

Griffin Health is seeking a Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist for a part-time on-site role in Derby, CT. Under supervision of a Cardiologist, you will perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, stress tests as needed, and operate the echocardiography equipment to assess cardiac function.

Requirements include an AS degree or RDCS/RCS certification and CPR. Minimum 12 months of full-time clinical cardiac ultrasound experience is expected. EOE.

Qualifications

• Certification or A.S. degree from accredited institution.
• RDCS from ARDMS or RCS from CCI required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate echocardiogram machine to record cardiac functions.
• Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms when needed.
• Perform stress echocardiography assessment when needed.
