Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate in Medical Sonography-Cardiac (RDCS or RCS) and BLS.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of clinical echocardiography experience.
• Associate degree preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document all cardiac ultrasound/echo procedures as per protocol.
• Explain procedures to patient and/or family prior to imaging.
• Input data to charge and maintain patient records accurately.
• Maintain PI documentation and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and room stocking; adhere to standards.
