Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita is seeking an Echo Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound studies with independent judgment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will obtain high-quality images and document findings for physician review, while collaborating with the care team to support accurate diagnosis.

The role requires 1–3 years of echocardiography experience, RDMS certification or equivalent, and BCLS within seven days of employment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of echocardiography or cardiac sonography experience.
• RDMS certification or equivalent accredited program required.
• BCLS certification within first 7 days of employment.
• Strong knowledge of 2-D, M-mode and Doppler imaging.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Perform echocardiographic studies including 2-D imaging, M-mode, and Doppler.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Document preliminary reports in EMR.
• Collaborate with cardiology team for timely interpretation.
