Qualifications

• 1-3 years of echocardiography or cardiac sonography experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiographic studies (2-D, M-mode, Doppler) per guidelines.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort during exams.
• Acquires Stress Echo and Dobutamine images; post-exercise imaging <60s.
• Assists with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) safely.
• Prepares and maintains equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Documents preliminary reports and results in EMR with confidentiality.
• Verifies patient identity, orders, and consents prior to procedures.
• Collaborates with teams to relay patient status for interpretation.
• Adapts imaging for age-specific patient needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular attendance.
