Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate in Medical Sonography-Cardiac (RDCS or RCS) or equivalent certification.
• BLS certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document all cardiac echo procedures as per department protocol.
• Explain procedures clearly to patient and family.
• Prioritize workload and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Maintain records for accreditation requirements; ensure equipment readiness and room cleanliness.
