Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical competence for department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff and patients.
• Prepare for exams by identifying patients and educating them about procedures.
• Perform ultrasound exams in a timely manner per protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and quality outcomes.
• Communicate needs and coordinate care with physicians and team.
• Document exam results and apply charge codes for exams and supplies.
