Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer for a 40-hour day shift. Under the direction of the Lead Cardiac Sonographer and Clinical Manager, you perform noninvasive echocardiography tests and contribute to cardiovascular assessments.

You will handle stress echocardiograms, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with the cardiology team across Burlington and Peabody; compliance with policies and safety standards will be observed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree/echo program or registry eligibility
• ARDMS/RDCS or CCI/RCS accreditation or eligible
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiography testing procedures including M-mode, 2D, spectral Doppler and color Doppler.
• Performs diagnostic exercise/pharmacological stress echocardiograms.
• Provides accurate clinical information for cardiologist diagnosis.
• Maintains safe testing environment and proper documentation.
• Schedules echo tests for Burlington and Peabody.
