Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Echocardiography Technician to perform noninvasive cardiac ultrasound studies across multiple sites in Massachusetts. You will operate ultrasound equipment, obtain diagnostic images, and ensure accurate documentation for physician interpretation.

The role requires an Associate degree or registry eligibility in echocardiography, ARDMS/RDCS or equivalent accreditation, and at least one year of experience. BLS certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or registry eligibility in echocardiography or equivalent clinical experience.
• ARDMS/RDCS or CCI/RCS accreditation or accreditation eligible; BLS required.
• Minimum one year of echocardiography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography including M-mode, 2D, spectral and color Doppler.
• Conduct stress echocardiograms; provide accurate data for physician diagnosis.
• Maintain safe testing environment and comply with policies and laws.
• Document tests and results in medical records and department logs.
• Communicate effectively to support teamwork and problem solving.
• Schedule and coordinate echo tests across multiple sites.
