Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health, a leading academic health system headquartered in Camden, NJ, is seeking an experienced echocardiography technologist. The role involves obtaining 2D/3D echocardiograms with color and spectral Doppler at the bedside and in the Echo Lab, plus Stress and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested.

Assist the Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Rotation on call with a 45-minute arrival window.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in echocardiography preferred.
• RDCS or RCIS/RDCS credentialing required/desired by entities within 6 months of employment.
• ARDMS or CCI certifications are required per entity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and spectral Doppler at the patient’s bedside and in Echo Lab.
• Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested.
• Assist Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Rotate hospital on-call schedule, arriving within 45 minutes of call.
