Job summary

Eastside Medical Center LLC is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to perform inpatient and outpatient cardiac ultrasound testing, including 2D echo and Doppler exams with bubble studies. The role covers adolescent to geriatric patients and requires accurate documentation of preliminary findings.

Minimum education is registry-approved ultrasound program or equivalent, with ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of registry approved ultrasound program, a CAAHEP accredited Cardiac Sonographer program, or equivalent experience according to IAC.
• Two years of related hospital inpatient/outpatient experience preferred.
• Current ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification or eligible; credential within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and/or outpatient cardiac ultrasound testing including 2D echo, Doppler, bubble study, and limited studies for cardiac function and thrombus assessment.
• Provide documentation and preliminary exam findings for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
