Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ, seeks a Cardiac Echo Technologist to obtain 2D/3D echocardiograms with color and spectral Doppler at the bedside and in the Echo Lab.

Experience in Stress Echocardiography, TEE, and working with Cardiologists is required. RDCS or RCIS credentials are preferred, and ARDMS or CCI certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment. This PRN role requires flexibility and timely on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years experience in echo including 2D Doppler and TEE.
• RDCS or RCIS certification preferred.
• Filing and data entry, reporting to physicians.

Responsibilities

• Obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and Doppler at the bedside and in the Echo Lab.
• Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested.
• Assist Cardiologist with TEE and intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Rotate hospital on-call schedule, arriving within 45 minutes of call.
