Qualifications

• High School Education/GED required; associate/technical degree preferred.
• Cardiovascular experience preferred.
• Training in pacemaker and device technology preferred.
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients clinically for device/rhythm issues and performs basic device interrogation and adjustments.
• Troubleshoots device issues and educates patients regarding device and remote monitoring.
• Interprets patient conditions and communicates findings to physicians and the healthcare team.
• Assists with regulatory compliance and ensures accuracy in billing and scheduling for device services.
• Mentors and trains staff on technical skills and supports task development.
