Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiac Device Tech to contribute to outpatient device clinic operations. You will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure accurate and efficient procedures. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree related to health or science, two years of healthcare experience, and relevant national certifications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Science related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or assessment of cardiac patients.
• Requires National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• National Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist – International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners.
• National Certified Electrophysiology Specialist – International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 2 years of healthcare experience and/or assessment of cardiac patients.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside physicians and clinical staff in an outpatient device clinic.
• Ensure all procedures performed must be ordered by physician and/or mid-level providers.

The Cardiac Device Tech works with physicians, mid-levels, clinical staff and office staff to effectively, efficiently and accurately fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a busy outpatient device clinic. All procedures and treatments performed must be ordered by the physician and/or mid-level providers.

Required Qualifications
