Job summary

Advocate Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled registered nurse to support our cardiac device program. You will perform device interrogations, programming, and remote monitoring, ensuring patient safety during MRI and perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with cardiac devices and electrophysiology is preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform device interrogations and programming for pacemakers, ICDs, and other cardiac devices.
• Collaborate with EP physicians, NPs, cardiologists, and surgical teams.
• Conduct MRI safety screenings and manage peri-procedural care.
• Document all device-related activities in Epic accurately.
• Educate patients and families about device care and follow-up.
